With the move-out checklist, we’ll be working on a list showing a set of services already set up by our customer in communication with us.
As we knock out each task, we take care to note that every part of the list is completed – every T is crossed, and every I is dotted. (conventionally, this phrase applies to the lower case letters, but you get the idea).
This provides our people with peace of mind as they move! And that’s a value to them, as they set out on a new road, with all of the uncertainties and challenges that entails. At least we can help with the cleaning part!

Move-out deep cleans are absolutely vital for many properties. As mentioned, landlords and others want to be able to walk through and see clean and livable property that’s ready to turn over. They may or may not get this result, even with a security deposit, partly because “clean” is a subjective term. You really want whoever is cleaning to interpret it in the right way!
