We’ve been working with Mila (lead) and her team and the results have been excellent. Soraya and Mila keep the operation very organized, with expectations always clearly set and met. The team is punctual, courteous, extremely professional and accommodating (especially for folks that work from home), and have outstanding attention to detail. Mila is really good at taking feedback and retaining the information; we never need to ask for something more than once. Everyone goes above and beyond. Communications are outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the service.
