Soraya and the staff at Rosa Cleaning are wonderful. We’ve been working with Mila (lead) and her team and the results have been excellent. Soraya and Mila keep the operation very organized, with expectations always clearly set and met. The team is punctual, courteous, extremely professional and accommodating (especially for folks that work from home), and have outstanding attention to detail. Mila is really good at taking feedback and retaining the information; we never need to ask for something more than once. Everyone goes above and beyond. Communications are outstanding. We used Rosa Cleaning Services - they were great! They cleaned our old SF apartment, and our new Millbrae place prior to our moving in, the ladies arrived on time, prepared, and the service was well priced. Both ladies were pleasant to deal with and did a final walk through when they were finished. We will certainly use them again for heavy duty maintenance cleaning.

They charge more but will go above and beyond to make sure everything is as clean as possible. Not only that but they were really kind and respectful. These ladies (Betty, Carla) are thorough and professional. Soroya is great at communicating - I text her when my apartment is needing a little love and she responds very quickly. Whoever is coming that day will text me when they're on the way. I work from home so pre-COVID I would work in the other room while they clean. They recently deep-cleaned my apartment before I moved out - it was sparkling clean and I received my full deposit back as a result. I highly recommend Rosa Cleaning Service!

A bit pricier than my last deep cleaning but way more in-depth (windows, fridge, grease stains, carpet and hard floor cleaning), so it was well worth it! They were very meticulous and paid attention to detail for a deep clean after the tenant left the apartment a mess about 2 weeks ago. I was blown away at the difference! The bathroom (which I thought I'd have to completely demolish) was as close to sparkling as humanly possible. Two ladies came to clean for about 5 or more hours! Dedication! Note that with the trash removal service add-on, it is only moving the trash outside. You will still need to plan to dispose of the trash items yourself. Well worth the $. I highly recommend!

Rosa Cleaning Services is probably the most professional house cleaning services I’ve ever encountered before. They scheduled with me a virtual walkthrough of their services and cleaning fees beforehand. They arrived on time and always keep me updated on their way too. They all dressed in uniform and had their masks on all the time. The house became sparklingly clean after their cleaning. Will definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Rosa and her crew did incredibly thorough work as promised. Our house ( floors, countertops, showers, light fixtures, etc) have never ever been more clean. They were all lovely and hard working and very professional. The job took quite a bit longer than projected but I think that was a function of estimating by video chat. A walk through in normal times would have likely produced a more accurate estimate. I highly highly recommend Rosa’s Services for any deep clean you may desire

I’m Soraya Rosa, the owner and founder of Rosa Cleaning Services. I came from Brazil in 2006 after earning a B.S. degree in Psychology. After working for years as a house cleaner and housekeeper, I established my business, which I’m proud to have been running successfully for over a decade. Over the years, our results and top-quality services have earned us a reputation as a leading cleaning company in California.
We are a family, locally owned residential cleaning company serving San Francisco, and the Peninsula CA. I’m actively involved in the company; I personally handpick each member of my cleaning team after a thorough background check and vetting process.
